- This site is owned by Foto Factory Gifts also acronymized as “FFG”. No material from this site or any other website owned, operated, controlled or licensed by Foto Factory Gifts and/or its associates or its sister concerns may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, downloaded, uploaded or in any other manner for commercial use or otherwise.
- Since our products are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. However, we will make sure that we deliver the product as close as possible to the description/ photograph shown
- The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handmade items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. Foto factory Gifts, at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control
- WE DO NOT share any digital design drafts OR digital designs. As all the orders are processed in bulk every order will be produced and delivered as per your selected ordered design from website. The caricature face will be as per picture shared at order placement.
- Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Foto Factory Gifts (FFG) be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits or any damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered on the site Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall Foto Factory Gifts be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action (including but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise exceeding the amount paid by the user to Foto Factory Gifts (FFG) for that specific service/product.
- In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, Foto Factory Gifts (FFG) will, from time to time, make changes in the Contents and in the products or services described on this Site. The prices advertised on this Site are for Internet orders. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Any prices used on this Site may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
- Users who have availed services through Foto Factory Gifts (FFG) by selecting one or more listed service providers: Foto Factory Gifts reaches out to these users via SMS / E-mail / Call / WhatsApp messages after sales and ask them for Feedback on their experience or inform them on the latest product updates from the Service provider. Foto Factory Gifts has complete ownership of this flow of feedback collection.
- Notwithstanding any or all of the terms, conditions & disclaimers stated herein above and in FAQ or elsewhere in the site, any cancellation can only be done within 3 hours of purchase by the buyer for an order not processed and is subject to deduction as per amount (3.5% of billed/paid amount + AED 1) on account of payment gateway transaction service fees and other processing overheads. Orders once processed and or delivered as per selected and purchased designs cannot be refunded or cancelled. “Note: Cancellation amount can only be initiated (with effect to above mentioned deduction and terms) on the realisation of buyer’s transaction to FFG account. No cancellation can be made for any Void/ Pending transaction from buyer. Once cancelled amount is re-initiated by FFG; FFG will not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit/debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be up to to the buyer to take it up with their respective credit/debit card bank.”
- If the user has any questions, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he should seek clarifications from us through email (support@fotofactorygifts.ae) and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.
- Delivery charges are applicable based on the specified rates at the time of purchase. These charges may vary depending on factors such as location, weight, and delivery speed. Customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred due to special delivery requests or changes to the delivery address after the order has been placed. All delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Two courier attempts are included within the cost of placed order. In the event of a wrong, undeliverable OR incomplete delivery address provided by customer, re-attempt with corrected, new or changed address will be chargeable as per the Country/Province/vEmirates.
The user of Foto Factory Gifts (FFG) is presumed to have read all the terms and conditions herein and FAQ and is deemed to have agreed, understood and accepted unconditionally all the terms, conditions, and procedures of using the services and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them.

If the necessary files or pictures are not uploaded at the time of order placement, the processing time and delivery date will be affected. In such cases, the delivery date will be recalculated starting from the time we receive the required files or pictures.
Dynamic Delivery Dates:
Delivery dates are dynamic and vary based on the delivery option selected (e.g., Express or Standard) and the destination country, state, or region. On our website we indicate the earliest possible delivery date for nearing region. Please consider these factors when choosing your delivery options:
Express Delivery: Faster processing and shipping times for urgent orders.
Standard Delivery: Regular processing and shipping times for standard orders.
Impact on Delivery Date:
Please note that delays in providing the necessary files or pictures will result in a corresponding delay in the delivery date. The new delivery date will be recalculated based on the time we receive the complete order information.
