Foto Factory Gifts (FFG) only takes online orders through its website fotofactorygifts.ae. We do not take any order on phone/ via email/ WhatsApp or any other messenger and we do not have retail outlets.

Once you have purchased an order online you will receive an order confirmation on email (mentioned during checkout) along with your unique order number. At any point you can contact us through one of our support channels, our customer care representative will help you out with any inquiries you have. Also, you can contact us on our WhatsApp +971 54 4774584.

You can place your order as a guest or through your registered account on FFG. In all cases, we’ll need to collect your email address and phone number to facilitate delivering your order. But we advise you to register as your personal FFG account comes with a range of benefits and handy tools; it allows you to manage your current orders, you’ll be able to receive members only exclusive offers, and will get quicker support from our customer care team.

You can share details for your personalization in three ways

  • Every product page has an option to upload picture and or mention name on notes section for personalisation.
  • Or you can share your order number and pictures/names to be used for personalization on our wats app number +971 54 4774584
  • Or send us an email with your pictures/names and your order number on sales@fotofactorygifts.ae
  • Or simply attach your pictures at the checkout page on the tab “upload pictures here” and leave the details for names or any other instruction on the notes section.

We don’t collect personal data from non-registered users, the data we collect is mostly behavioral and anonymously marked. We collect name, email, and phone number upon registration or in case of order placement. The point of collecting the data is to facilitate and communicate order and delivery statuses, as well as to inform customers with our latest promotions, discounts and monthly newsletters. Your data is secure and protected; we don’t share your personal data points with any 3rd party without your prior consent.

We want to make your gifting experience as smooth as possible, and we know that sometimes you might forget something or need to add another item. Addition of items to the same shipping address can be done up and until the order is ready for shipping. Cancellation or modification on order for personalized products cannot be done after 3 hours of order purchase and is subject to cancellation terms and conditions. We try our best to offer our customers a wide variety of online payment options; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. We use the latest technology to make sure that your online payment details are safe.

Our complete website is secured by an SSL encryption. The green bar that appears in your browser address bar shows ‘https’ which highlights a secure connection rather than a normal ‘http’ connection. All your data and transaction related details are accepted through the SSL protocol ensuring high level of security.

No, we do not provide COD option for a simple reason that the sender of the gift (who buys the gift & is responsible for the payment) might be different from the recipient of the gift. Moreover our every gift is personalised and made to order, we initiate the order preparation/ making only on confirmed purchase from the buyer.

Quality is our topmost priority, every product we ship undergoes a through quality check, however in case of wrong product (a different product delivered than the purchased) a replacement is initiated, or a refund is made in the form of store credit. Cancellation can only be done within 3 hours of purchase by the buyer for an order not processed and is subject to deduction as per amount (3.5% of billed/paid amount + AED 1) on account of payment gateway transaction service fees and other processing overheads. Orders once processed and or delivered as per selected and purchased designs cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Note: Cancellation amount can only be initiated (with effect to above mentioned deduction and terms) on the realisation of buyer’s transaction to FFG account. No cancellation can be made for any Void/ Pending transaction from buyer. Once cancelled amount is re-initiated by FFG; FFG will not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit/debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be up to to the buyer to take it up with their respective credit/debit card bank.

Yes, we do provide gift wrapping services occasionally at a nominal additional cost which can be added by the buyer at checkout page.

Please note that if the supplied picture for the caricature features any headgear (e.g., scarf, ghutra, keffiyeh), it will be replaced with an appropriate hat or cap that suits the selected caricature. This substitution aims to ensure the accuracy and quality of the caricature artwork while maintaining its resemblance to the chosen caricature style. By submitting an image for the caricature, you acknowledge and agree to this adjustment.
